In a recent interview with the Montreal press, defensive forward Torrey Mitchell expressed how satisfied he was with the Montreal Canadiens’ locker room. Was he referring to the Mr. Steam systems? He must have… Mitchell has been in multiple locker rooms since his NHL debut in 2004. He described the Canadiens’ locker room as “really tight” (an adaptation of the word “cool”) and finished by saying: “It was a really good locker room.” We don’t want to jump the gun here but… We are sure the Mr. Steam systems installed in their shower room had a play in his comments!
According to the American organization “Livestrong”, steam showers help with stress management, skin care, improved circulation and exercise recovery. Basically, drop everything you are doing and go get one right now! In fact, steam baths are so good that Mr. Steam has supplied their invention to every Ritz-Carlton, The Luxor, Bellagio, MGM Grand in Las Vegas, among many other major resorts, athletic franchises, and popular health facilities.
Homeowners become more demanding as the technology around them progresses. In the past years we have seen smartphones control curtains, lighting, room temperature, and even light the fireplace. This was the idea behind Mr. Steam’s newest product, the “Air Tempo”, the first wireless control of its kind (great for switching from a plain shower to a powerful steam bath). Mr. Steam’s newest collection will be available this month and will include other groundbreaking inventions.
Take the stress out of hump day and go take a steam bath! A recent US survey reported that bosses are most receptive to requests on a Wednesday, so now is the time!
